Do I have to discount additional services?
No — just your desexing procedure is enough to make a big impact. You decide if you want to discount extras like pregnancy or in-season surcharges.
Can I choose who qualifies (e.g. pensioners only)?
Yes. Just tick either “General Public” or “Pension/Concession Card Holders” on the form — your choice.
Can I limit the number of appointments?
Absolutely. We can add a note to your listing so pet owners know spots are limited. When you’re full, just email us — we’ll remove your listing to stop further enquiries.
What if I already offer rescue rates or discounts?
That’s amazing — thank you! We’d love to promote your support on our website, even if it’s just for July or all year round. No vouchers needed to be listed.
Can I cancel or adjust later?
Yes, anytime. You’re free to update or opt out before or during the campaign — we’re here to work around your needs.
