🐾Act Fast – Desexing Vouchers Now Available for Blacktown City Council Residents!

Every spring, shelters are overwhelmed with unwanted litters. But with your help, we can change that – starting now.
Thanks to support from Blacktown City Council, NDN and our Vet partners, we are offering discounted cat and dog desexing vouchers for locals who need it most.
⚠️ Funding is limited – once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Who is eligible?
Blacktown City Council residents who hold a pension or concession card. Max. 1 voucher per person.
How does the program work?
- Call NDN on 1300 368 992
- If approved, you will receive a desexing voucher via email.
- Use your voucher at the participating vet clinic: Family Vets Western Sydney or West Blacktown Vet Clinic.
- Make an appointment and be sure to mention your NDN desexing voucher.
Eligible residents currently contribute just $50 per female cat, $40 per male cat, $150 per female dog, $100 per male dog, with the remaining costs subsidised by Council and participating vet clinic.
